This game is FANTASTIC! The original Digimon World for the PS1 (from 20
years ago) was my favorite game growing up, and for years and years I
dreamed and wished for a true sequel. And now, almost 20 years later, it’s
finally here.
My childhood is complete.

Bamco? That means it’s censored to oblivion and back.

I played this game nearly 7 hours before quitting. It’s such an awfully
redundant slog that I don’t know who green lit this for release. You don’t
even control the Digimon in battle. You just sit. And watch. So, so boring.

As much as I might love digimon, and as great as this story might look, the
combat looks very,,,, Idkk, like the number grinding basic combat I see in
all the jrpg games my friends play. Just not my style.

Why isn’t this franchise dead yet?

I just wish you had more control over what you attack and how. Why can’t
they just scratch/hit/slap the enemy? Why am I restricted to mp and that
weird helping hand thing. Most of the game im just sitting there because
they have no mp and can’t do anything at all…

Machindramon seems to be getting a lot more love and attention the he did
in the Adventure series I notice which is awesome

For those complaining about this game you should really try out a game
before assuming its bad ive been playing this game none stop ever since it
got released its a really fun game and the story is amazing and the game is
super difficult it gives a really good challenge. I played the original
digimon world 1 back in the day as a child so im happy i got to relive my
childhood again. The graphics may not be so top notch because it used to be
a PS Vita game on the japanese port then got ported and brought here onto
PS4 only and ive had no problem with the graphics the game looks absolutely
fine its bright and colourful and the voice acting both japanese and
english are fine. Cyber sleuth was also a good game in its own aspect as
thats a part of the digimon story series not digimon world series so im
happy i got a good digimon game. I really wish they would bring digimon
world Re: digitize to us that game i played that in japanese it was
amazing.

still can’t combine human and digimon please.

Real talk, can someone aware me of why Machinedramon is always chosen as
the big bad guy?
In the animated series was one of the last enemies, and it was onw of the
final bosses in a couple of other games too, there’s a lot of Mega level
digimons to choose from but they seem to prefer Machinedramon 90% of the
time, is there a specific reason for it?

this has been the best game ive played in a long while

i think psn could have free games like heroes and generals, aura kingndom,
tera and others

this game is fun but my gosh even on easy its still hard cuz u can still
died to rookie when u have a ultimate..the devs pretty much change the game
when people say it was to easy in the vita version

Little disapointed in how it looks foor ps4 sandarts, but it’s about the
gameplay and if the game is fun. So I might give it a try anyway.
