I got to play a demo of it. The physics don’t quite match to the original
games 100%, but it still was a lot of fun. The music and graphics are very
authentic. If feels like a legitimate Sonic 4.

I hope this game actually adds to the classic sonic canon rather than just
be a tribute to sonic. This is what sonic 4 should have been.
Knuckles is where it’s at boys
Not just the same games, it says added with completely new zones with all
new acts and bosses along with better color also! I have all the originals
on Sonic’s Ultimate Genesis collection yes, but this will make it with new
colors, new zones, and new bosses.
I had to watch it twice just to make sure that really happened. Thank you
for bringing him back.

Is nostalgic the trend in games now, its a remaster. It gives devs a cheap
and lazy way to make easy money. It limits what game designers want to make
and what their can push in gaming. Is it even bundle with some of the older
games? This just means sega has no idea what to do with sonic, and sonic is
the only thing sega has to give to the world.

What took them so long to realise this is why Sonic worked? Though with the
Advent of HD displays they should pull the camera back so the player can
actually see in front of them when they run fast. That would be a huge
improvement over the originals.

They release a lot of classic sonic classic dlc on ps3 and another same
game from the 90’s. There is nothing new here only to get more money. I
download this game and purchase it in ps3. Ps4 need to use backward
compatible game.
This looks and cool and all but the level design reminds of a fangame, and
that is not a good thing. Most Sonic fangames have terrible level design
that is just confusing and completely miss what made the design of the old
games so good. They don’t understand the balance between speed and
platforming. At least it’s trying to do something new unlike Megaman 9 and
10.
