It looks too western now. The art direction looks so different. I liked the soft beauty and haziness of the original, now it’s so contrasty and normal looking.
I guess it’s not surprising since team Ico has no involvement in this remake and it’s being made by a non Japanese team.

I plugged in my PS2 after E3 and oh my, that sense of scale hasn’t reduced a bit…
Ironically, Colossus 14 (one of the smallest) is my favorite as it resembles my playful cat…

que tienen k ver los play si la mayor calidad k tienen los juegos es por el esfuerzo y creados osea ps4 pro yo lo tengo y tengo el os4 normal a comparación con gta k tiene súper gráficos y el play pro si cambian gráficos perono mucho
I already own the physical copys on ps2 and ps3. On ps4 it looks amazing, BUT unless this game comes with remastered Ico, then i’m sorry but $50-$60 is too much :/

Doesnt take away that it was a great remaster, but seeing remasters done like this and Crash Bandicoot… make that collection a bit low efford looking. I loved it tho! I platinumed the games again xD

Love these kind of videos. You can really see how games got evolved so much in terms of graphics and performance. Didn’t play the original but I always wanted to and now seeing this being rebuilt from the ground up for PS4 is the perfect opportunity for me to finally play this beautiful game. Box art looks epic though.

Back then I bought the ps4 because it was the more powerful console. Now I really don’t care about power because playstation has taught me that games>power. And xbox has no games. (Forget that last part I’m not trying to start a war XD)

The thing for me is, the game looked amazing for a ps2 game but the ps4 remake now looks pretty average for a ps4 game.

I definitely buy this game but i have to say that the ps2-version is way more mystery,with the blurry, foggy look
No buy for me if they haven’t fixed the controls. There is no excuse that after all these years they wouldn’t fix what has always been the biggest complaint about the game.

Not many are excited for remasters anymore. Just because Modern Warfare Remastered failed does not mean every other remaster should fail. Expecting horrible sales for remasters and in general video games.

Backwards compatibility is good, but I want a remake. And I am very glad that the remake is coming out. I enjoyed Shadow of the Colossus with ps2 and Shadow of the Colossus with ps3. Now it is time to need a conversion point. I want to access new games with new graphics. This remake therefore fulfilled my desire. I do not know if I wrote well because I did not speak English well
