played to death already and a commentary track ain’t worth it. I’d rather
just pay for the commentary track seperately or as DLC for the original

Meh…. one of those remasters I don’t really care for too much. If you

Wow that is quite the difference in quality. Didn’t expect all that much
but wow.
But will it be 60FPS?
This series deserves it
It looks cleaner but honestly it doesn’t look better. It seems to have lost
a lot of the atmosphere the original had. Everything is too sharp and
pristine. And the new effects (like the bubbles when the plane is sinking)
don’t look very good at all. From a technical standpoint it may have better
textures and a higher resolution but it doesn’t look better aesthetically.
It’s probably just personal preference but even though it’s blurrier the
original worked with that blur, bloom lighting, and fog. That’s all been
reduced or removed completely. It’s like the Director’s Cut of Human
Revolution when they removed that yellow filter. It looked cleaner but it
also felt more bland because the game was designed with that art style in
mind.

the perfect opportunity. Still sucks that they’ll probably charge us 60

I always hear about this game/franchise but I don’t know if I actually will
like. I love FallOut, FarCry, Saints Row and things like that. This game
there is a similar face (gameplay/ experience) to increase the probability
of my possible “LOVE THIS GAME”?!

I see minimum difference between the original and the remastered version.
I’d pick it up just for the director’s commentary. I wonder how that will
be like though. Will be like similar to portal… with areas you can click
on to get commentary on?

I really wounder what they do when they make a Remaster.
Like they update the textures but what does that mean? Do they competely
reamke all the texture or do they just put in higher rez texture and
modifiy the?
How many moldes need to change? How do they add in jelly fish without
making it stand out to much? How much of the game machine were tunned?
