so i have a question, i have my base full of staff lower than A+ if i start
to find better staff, will the Es, Bs and others get automatically replaced
with the better ones?

This is really easy to get an S-rank on later on, and if D-Dog’s dumbass
doesn’t sit in front of your rockets you can farm guys easy, I find at
least 1 multiple-S rank soldier every time, a ton of A++ guys too. Easiest
way to farm skull capsules (Or whatever they are called) and high end
soldiers.

The quest to getting S-killed soldiers all over…why? Isn’t Metal Gear
Online gonna start soon and FOB missions will be a thing of the past? I’ve
been fultoning people and things for hours and hours..it feels like a job
man…only you don’t get paid. I do it while completing side-ops – but I
saw someones channel and the guy had 100% completion, and he got nothing
for completing the side-ops..which are pretty much all the same if you ask
me.

What this guy forget to tell everyone is the fact for R&D and Medical you
have to reserve several spots for the special skilled soldiers, otherwise
it will get replaced by higher skilled staff. You need those special skills
people in order to develop your items.

I just did this and got 18 S ranked guys and like 30 A++

Can you also farm the Sahelanthropus boss? Because I noticed I got S+
volunteers from that, but people I find are still A++.

Hey can someone help me I finished the game have 120 hours of play time 200
K heroism my command and r&d platform are max my staff levels are 30’s to
40’s and I have my scope max and I haven’t found a single s soldier so can
someone give me tips cause my r and d was 46 till I fired a bunch now it’s
39 and I really want raiden thx

You can do this in mission 28 Code Talker, I’ve seen a video of a guy that
got 36 S rank soldiers, I’ve done it twist and I’ve gotten 4 or 5 S rank
soldiers and many A++ perhaps it’s for may heroism level, I have 520K, try
to do this in mission 28,u kill 3 skulls and let the other live until u can
move Big Boss to carry Code to the chopper, then u kill the last skull and
there, many soldiers knock out and if u are lucky perhaps u find a couple
of S rank soldiers

do you have to complete the game until the end and then replay this
mission?, cuz knocking skulls with lethal weapon only resulting in
death/disappear….

if u really wanted to u could extract everyone arundel there cause they
will just go to waiting room and then u can sort through them and not have
to scan them to save time and get more

When I first faced the skulls on this mission, I was just a sniper guy with
Quiet as my buddy…. I ended up just waiting at the first outpost and
killing the tanks with airstrikes and calling in a drop for an LMG to take
out the skulls while quiet kind of distracted them.
I hadn’t really researched any missile launchers or anything of the sort so
I was just lucky I had an LMG.

When I go directly to the trucks location (not retrieving the intel) there
are no guards/enemies present in the airport. So after I’ve defeated the
skulls there are no stunned people to fulton??????

Good method to complete the mission with “S” rank! But I just got 1 A+ and
1 A and the rest B .. I killed those skulls but didn’t extract them.

I can’t think of anything to comment so I’m just going to post an easy
pancake recipe.

Step 1:
1 cup of milk
1 cup of plain flour
1 egg
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Whisk milk, egg, flour and vanilla together in a jug. Whisk until just
combined.

Step 2:
*Heat a small to medium non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Brush pan
with butter.
*Using a ladle of mixture per pancake, cook the pancakes for 3 to 4 minutes
or until bubbles appear on surface. Turn and cook for 3 minutes or until
cooked through.
Transfer to a plate and enjoy!

i unlocked to gold oained snake but the tropy dont show up:(

So I’m a few missions past this and I find and extract a++ and even s
soldiers but they don’t end up joining. Is that because my base levels? My
heroism?

Things you’ll need:
1. Stun Weapon (preferably the UN-ARC-NL with stun grenade launcher
attachment, you’ll need the legendary gunsmith to do this)
2. Optional: Infinite Bandanna
3. Optional: D-Dog with Fulton extract kit, will make it super easy to spot
all the zombified soldiers and free extraction, making sure you get the
most out of the mission.

Do mission 28 with a stun weapon equipped, defeat all snipers but 1. Run to
the back of the mansion, tranq the 3 soldiers but don’t extract them. Run
down to the basement to start the cutscene with Code Talker. Skip the
cutscene and bring him to the top of the stairs and leave him there.
Because you left one skull sniper alive, all the soldiers will be
zombified. Shoot the soldiers in the head with the stun weapon and they
will be incapacitated and you’ll be able to extract them without having to
kill the last skull sniper. There are about 60 soldiers you’ll be able to
extract. Rinse and repeat and you’ll have a base full of S rank soldiers in
no time. Thumbs up so people can see.

Encountered Legendary Combatant twice.. with a stat of S++, S+, S++, S++…
Foulton them… but every time i check mother Base they’re not in my list
of combatants..

Not sure if this has been mentioned before, but can you use D Dog’s
tactical fulton to make this easier?

Is anyone else having a problem where when you extract S rank people they
don’t get added to your mother base staff. If so please advise

I prefer the Code Talker Mission! There are over 100 Soldiers you can
extract. It’s a little bit harder then Traitors Caravan, but much more
Soldiers on a much smaler area.
1. do not kill the Female Skullz when the snipers appear. Try to sneake
undetected into the mansion
2. after you get Code Talker the Skullz parasite take over the soldiers. A
headshot with the Riot MP knock them (Soldiers) out two Skullz are on the
left and two on the right side of the canyon.

This is alittle bit harder because there are over 100 Zombie Soldiers in
the area. Once i extracted over 100 Soldiers and cant get with Code Talker
in the shopper then you hade to run out of the mission area!

code talker gets you more staff, just dont kill the skulls at the
beginning, capture code talker, and when u get outside kill the skulls and
there will be more than 90 soldiers in the field. If you have high heroism
most of the will be A++ or higher

guys, you too are of the opinion that The Phantom Pain is a bit too easy? i
really love this game, but imo some quests are way too easy… and if you
use Quiet as a buddy it becomes a joke sometimes… for example theres a
MAIN mission that asks you to eliminate a soldier who flees in the savannah
(and btw not one of the first missions but after maybe 20 quests) , and i
think it took me max 5 minutes to find him… luckily theres some optional
objectives for each quest 😀 … but still LOVE Mgs 5 !! cant get enough

i fulton extracted a few S rank and A++ but i cant find those soldiers in
my staff list!! i checked the list 3 times! i searched trough every single
division, like R&D, combat, quarantine etc. and there is no sign of those
soldiers! btw i noticed that there are some soldiers that have the same
nickname… i have extracted these soldiers on a sideOp, so i noticed that
only at the end of Main Quests the game shows you a detailed report of the
elite soldiers recovered during the mission (and volunteers), this doesn’t
happen with side missions… can you guys help me, some advice ?? sorry,
because of my bad english i cant express myself as i wish, i hope that the

anybody know how to actually get new characters to play as that are beyond
what the game gives you? Cause right now i extracted a dude with full S
ranks on everything and 2 S+ and i have no idea how playing as staff works.

okay, quick question…How were you able to get a S rank on the mission
while using the cyborg ninja outfit which only lets you get max A rank for
a mission?

for S+ and S++ Soldiers you got to either play as them in place of Venom,
doing missions as them will level them up and improve there skill. Either
that or keep sending them on Combat Deploys and eventually they will get a
medal and level up a random skill that way. You can’t find them in the
field you can only find S Soldiers and that happens after you get over 150K
Heroism. The Higher your Heroism the better the Soldiers that will be in
the field. At 500K it is quite rare to see a B level and lower Soldier.

I’m up to mission 20, and it doesn’t let me extract the skulls, I have all
the Fulton systems too.

I didn’t have much trouble getting everyone in the airport as well as
around it (including the 4 guys with their jeep that are normally part of
the caravan), and that was without the ninja suit.

Just to since the update on the 6th I have seen s+’s pop up in the game but
i have tested it and it seems if you are using anything that restricts you
to getting A in missions you wont see any.

i beat the game, then watched this… why would i do this now? lol

In the new update I started seeing S+ soldiers now, but when you extract
them they turn into S rank soldiers so I hope they fix this really soon.

I found some S rank soldiers a couple of times but they never appear on my
staff or brig when I fulton them back to base. Any one know why is that
happening?

I want to know that is Security Team’s level 50 required to achieve Army
trophy?

It’s actually a lot easier to farm higher ranking soldiers than this. Due
to the ‘Mosquito’s Legacy’ event going on at the moment, I felt like
replaying the mission where Mosquito attacks Mother Base. This time, I’ve
completed all the missions and have 500K heroism. Mosquito’s soldiers were
almost exclusively A++ – S+ rank.

I have extracted people that show as A++ ranks but when I look at them in
mother base they are only A+ rank anyone know why?

haha all those noobs who use rocket launchers to kill them once you
unlocked the serval(i think thats the name) those skulls are dead in a few
seconds especially when you have quiet and her brennan sniper rifle even

I’ve captured a good number of S ranked soldiers, but I don’t see them on
any of the staff in my Mother Base management. Answers please.

need help. for some reason no S ranks soliders are making it back to mother
base. I’ve fulton 3 of them with 100% fulton percentage. none of those 3
made it back.. i thought maybe they was smart enough and found a way to get
out of the fulton so the last 2 i tranquilized and put on the helicopter
with me and still None of them made it back to mother base.. is this a
glitch? im 32% complete i have almost all of mother base complete. i don’t
see why this is happening. please help. all other soldiers up to A++ fulton
just fine. i even recorded two of these and went straight to my staff
listing and they simply aren’t there

I got S+ soldiers after I beat Sahelanthropus. Otherwise they are really
rare.

Is it just me or do soldiers that you extract not always show up in your
staff listings. For example I was doing side op 69 and extracted a guy who
had 3 S+, and 3 S and he didn’t show up in my report after the mission or
in my staff list.

I already have tons of s rank soldiers there pretty common for me, so I
tried this method and got a shit ton of s ranks

Is there a level cap for all the teams or no?

I can’t 100% confirm this, but I think soldiers get higher ranks based on
your Heroism level. At over 500000 now I’m getting almost nothing but S-
Ranks and above.

Is there a way to reaquire these special staff members like example the
interpreters and the Master Gunsmith? Need ones better than the old A-A+
ones. Will the side ops to get them reappear if I dismiss the old ones?

I’ve never played any Metal Gear games, is this game hard to get used to,
and does it ever force you into a particular play style (for example, if
you prefer straight-up combat are you ever forced to be stealthy and
vice-versa)?

Kikongo Speakers become a weapon used against your base. Don’t collect a
lot of them.

and i couldn’t build FOBs or play online

Having a hard time with the skulls? Fully upgraded rocket launcher +
infinity bandane (fuck the S rank, you can get it another time). GG

Play enough until you get to develop the Brennan LRS(sniper rifle) You’ll
be able to finish off the skulls with ease.
